About Me

Captain Max's love for fishing and the waters of Southwest Florida began with his first catch at age 4 and have continued ever since. A 60 year resident of the Fort Myers area, he has been teaching generations of anglers and providing memorable fishing charters for more than 22 years.  Max recently retired from his career as a firefighter for the Lee County Port Authority.

Max Stanford is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed charter captain and a member of the Lee County Professional Guide's Association.
